Digital Products and Final Sales
Cikareotype products are downloadable digital goods, including fonts, type families, license records, and related files. They are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned after access has been provided.
Orders are therefore generally final once payment is completed and download access or files have been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where Cikareotype approves a request under the limited circumstances described below.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not reduce any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Review Before You Purchase
Please review the product description, included file formats, specimen images, supported characters, font previews, and available tester before ordering. Confirm that the product and license fit your software, workflow, and intended use.
Preview images and tester text demonstrate the design, but the purchased package consists of the downloadable files listed on the product page. If anything is unclear, use our Contact page before checkout.
Duplicate Purchases
If the same customer appears to have purchased the same product and license more than once by mistake, contact us with both order numbers and the email address used at checkout.
We will verify the payment and download records. A correction, refund, or other remedy for a confirmed unintended duplicate may be considered after review, but no outcome is automatic and we do not promise a fixed review window.
Technical and Delivery Issues
If a download link fails, purchased access is missing, or a delivered archive or font file appears corrupted, contact us with the order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
Our first response is to restore account or download access, replace an incomplete or corrupted file, or provide reasonable troubleshooting for the supplied package. A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund when the product can be delivered correctly or the issue comes from unsupported software, a third-party platform, local configuration, or user error.
Wrong Product Purchases
If you purchased the wrong product, contact us as soon as you notice the mistake and include the order details. Do not redistribute, publish, or continue using the files while the request is being reviewed.
Wrong-product requests are assessed individually, including whether the files were accessed or used. Purchasing the wrong item does not create an automatic right to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
License-Related Requests
Choosing the wrong license, changing the project after purchase, or later needing broader usage does not automatically make the original order refundable. Usage rights remain governed by the license attached to the order and our End User License Agreement.
Review the License Guide or contact us before using the font beyond the purchased scope. If another license is needed, Cikareotype will explain the available path based on the current catalog and order record; this policy does not promise upgrade credit, price adjustment, or reimbursement.
Exceptions and Required Rights
Cikareotype may consider a request where a confirmed duplicate charge, incorrect delivery, missing product, or unresolved defect is attributable to our store or supplied files. Any voluntary exception is reviewed case by case and does not establish a general refund guarantee.
Approved remedies may depend on the circumstances, payment provider, order status, file access, and applicable law. Statutory rights that apply in your location remain unaffected.
