Online Store Terms
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your place of residence. If you permit another person to use your account or purchased files, you remain responsible for ensuring that their access and use comply with these Terms and the applicable font license.
You may not use the store, its services, or its products for unlawful, unauthorized, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity. Do not introduce malware, destructive code, or material intended to interfere with the website or another user.
General Conditions
We may refuse, review, limit, or suspend service when reasonably necessary to respond to suspected fraud, account abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security risks, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms or a font license.
Website content, product files, account access, license documents, and download links may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, shared, scraped, or commercially exploited except where Cikareotype has expressly allowed it in writing or in the applicable license.
Section headings are provided for navigation and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
Digital Products
Cikareotype sells downloadable digital goods such as fonts, type families, font files, specimen material, license documents, and related assets. Delivery may be provided through the order confirmation, email, a customer account, or another secure download method.
Product images, mockups, previews, and sample words show how a product may look. Your purchase includes the files and formats described on the product page when the order is placed.
Because product delivery is digital, refund or replacement requests are assessed under the terms shown during purchase and applicable law. Contact us promptly if files are missing, damaged, or materially different from the product description.
Font Licenses
Buying or downloading a Cikareotype font gives you permission to use the font within the scope of the license attached to your order. It does not transfer copyright, intellectual-property ownership, source files, or exclusive rights in the typeface.
Allowed uses depend on the license selected at checkout. Uses involving webfonts, trademarks, editable templates, print-on-demand products, apps, games, servers, extended distribution, or organization-wide coverage require the license that expressly covers that activity.
Do not redistribute, sell, share, publicly upload, sublicense, or expose font files to another party unless the applicable terms expressly permit it. Review the End User License Agreement and License Guide before using a font outside ordinary desktop design work.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current and accurate account, contact, and billing information so we can process your order, deliver files, issue license records, and contact you about the transaction.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when its payment, customer details, coupon use, quantities, or account activity indicate an error, unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or an attempt to bypass store or license rules. When appropriate, we will use the contact information supplied with the order to communicate the change.
Downloads and Account Access
Purchased downloads may be available through your Cikareotype account, order confirmation, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to the account and email address used for the order, protecting your credentials, and securely backing up files after download.
Do not share account credentials, protected download URLs, license records, or purchased files with unauthorized users. We may restrict download access when activity indicates compromised credentials, automated abuse, file sharing, or license misuse.
Files may be corrected, updated, renamed, replaced, or discontinued. Updates, compatibility with future software, custom modifications, and ongoing support are provided only when expressly stated for the product or agreed separately in writing.
Third-Party Links
The website may connect to payment providers, platforms, plugins, or websites operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, security, availability, and product responsibilities.
A link or integration does not mean Cikareotype controls or endorses every aspect of a third-party service. Review the third party’s terms before providing information or completing a transaction through it.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website, services, and digital products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis except for any express commitment stated on a product page or in a written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, application, workflow, or future software release.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Cikareotype Studio and its team will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from access to or use of the website, services, or products, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the website or services. You may stop using the services at any time. Rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment, intellectual-property, confidentiality, license, and liability provisions, continue where their nature requires.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, misused a product or license, compromised security, or engaged in fraud or unauthorized distribution. Any outstanding obligations remain due, and termination does not authorize continued use outside the applicable font license.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the applicable font license, product-specific terms, the Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly linked at purchase form the agreement governing your use of the website, store, and products. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
If a product-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for that product or use.
Governing Law
These Terms and related agreements are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without applying rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Cikareotype in good faith so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
